Sometimes being a parent means sitting upfront of your car, eating McDonalds while your kiddos nap because you know they need it or else they become todzilla. But for real though, I find myself doing things I’d never thought I would do. As a parent, you find yourself willing to sacrifice it all and that love is so deep.
Parents are the devalued super heros that need to know they are awesome! If your in that place where you are wiping bottoms or noses, I get it. You are tired, your house is a mess, and you feel like you have cleaned up toys the millionth time in a row. But know you are valued and loved. This is only a season and those rewards of your kids smiling at you, giggling, or giving you a kiss seem to make everything be okay. I love my kiddos to death and I only get these moments once.
What do you love most about being a parent?
