Wow it’s Monday already? That’s crazy to me! It’s also been a month! Time to take a full body photo shoot to document progress. To see that post tune in for next weeks post. This next week I plan to make working out relaxing. I am going to put on my diffuser, put some cute plants beside myself while I workout, and make my water “fancy” by putting lemon and cucumber in my water. Why does working out have to be miserable…it doesn’t!
What do you do to enjoy working out?
This week I was tired a lot and didn’t make working out a priority. I knew my body needed some rest and I plan to take it easy this next week. Right now my body is working on rebalancing hormones and it’s making me have a couple headaches and super tired. I did lose .5 pounds and every number no matter how small counts! But I did decide to buy a yoga mat. It was starting to hurt being on the bare floor/carpet. I was hoping to receive it soon but it won’t be coming in till April. This fact makes me giggle because I had been prolonging buying one until the right time for myself but fate decided that April 30th was the right time for me. Oh well!
