This week I was able to work out way more than any other week. When I looked at the scale this week I was so happy with the results! Another pound down!! That means only 2 more pounds till I’ve lost 10 lbs!! I started portioning my food as I was overeating due to stress. I’ve never been one to eat more because of stress but I was able to realize it before it was to late. I also noticed I am inhaling my food. Last night during dinner I was almost finished with my food while Ben had just started.

I feel if I don’t eat quickly I’ll never get the chance to as it always seems someone needs me right when I’m about to make myself something or about to eat. I am only 3.5 months postpartum so I’m still working on a good solid schedule. Ive noticed that eating fast has left me feeling hungry even though I may have just eaten. I know it’s due to stress related issues. I’ve talked a little on how my hormones haven’t reset to normal but now I’m dealing with postpartum depression.
My husband and I started noticing I was depressed a week or two ago even though I thought I had been managing myself well. I am sad a lot of the time and cry often. I don’t know how to explain it I just feel sad and worthless quite often. I feel like my husband is Joy from Inside Out and I’m Sadness. I’m starting to use some oils and vitamins and minerals that helped regulate my hormones last time. I will see if it will help again but if not I may have to seek other options. All of this isn’t surprising as I reacted this way after I had Jediah. It’s not something you can control or be ashamed about but it is something you can look for if you know your prone to it. Just pray that I will regulate soon!
