In today’s post I decided to share a video that I did on my YouTube page. It’s just a quick video on how I am staying motivated and nourishing my body. It’s not the full length of what I have been doing but I just wanted to share. Plus check out my sweet victory roll. It took me like an hour to do because I’m still learning how to do it.
This week I have not lost or gained but I have been going on 3 mile walks with my family. It has been nice to get out in the fresh air and workout outdoors.
