In today’s post, I want to talk about how I am staying motivated and nourishing my body. It’s not the full length of what I have been doing but I just wanted to share.

I have been drinking a ton of water. I am starting to change how my diet looks. Taking lots of showers for my achy muscles and essential oils all the way!!! (Future Bethany here. I thought I would do YT and blog but I decided not to do that. This blog post isn’t very long but check out my other blog posts in this series…but my victory rolls are shown down below ) Plus check out my sweet victory roll. It took me like an hour to do because I’m still learning how to do it.

This week I have not lost or gained but I have been going on 3 mile walks with my family. It has been nice to get out in the fresh air and workout outdoors.
